[10p-M116-22] Electromechanical Properties and Electrocaloric Effects in Anti-Ferroelectric (Pb,La)(Zr,Ti)O3 Ceramics

Hiroshi Maiwa1 (1.Shonan Inst. Tech.)

Keywords:Anti-ferroelectrics, electrocaloric effect

Polarization–electric field (P–E) and strain–electric field (s–E) loops of the PLZT ceramics sintered at 1200 ºC are measured. The P–E and s–E loops measured under 60kV/cm exhibited a linear hysteresis and tiny a hyperbolic curve, respectively. When an electric field of 65 kV/cm or more is applied, double hysteresis-like P–E loop and s–E loop accompanied by a rapid rise of displacement appeared.
