The parallel measurement method of the intermolecular interactions that we reported earlier was a measurement method capable of high throughput measurement of intermolecular interaction at the single molecule level. On the other hand, nonspecific adsorption of microbeads to the antibody immobilized substrate occurring in a reaction system which does not form specific intermolecular bonds has become a problem. Therefore, in this presentation, the effect of crosslinking agent used for antibody immobilization on substrate on nonspecific adsorption of beads was investigated.
