Electrochemical impedance biosensor is a sensor, signal of which is a change in the surface resistance caused by adsorption of detection targets on the probe molecules arising specific adsorption to the detection targets on the electrode surface. One of the problems of this sensor is that the contribution of non-specific adsorption has not been eliminated. In this presentation, we are going to propose a method to eliminate the contribution of non-specific adsorption by using parallel plate electrodes and evaluation based on conductance.
