[10p-PA3-8] Changes in arrival time of diastolic wave reflection induced by mental stress on fingertip arterial blood pressure.

We investigated a method for non-invasive evaluation the state of mental stress by measuring changes in the arrival time of the diastolic reflected wave at the mental stress by arithmetic. Early or delay arrival of reflected wave is statistically significant at mental stress campared to baseline, but the direction is different among subjects. It is considered that the excitement of the autonomic nerve due to mental stress dose not linearly change, but the detailed mechanism is unknown.
