[10p-PA8-22] Measurement of sheet resistance for graphene on sapphire without any electrodes.

We proposed measuring method of electrical properties without destruction and contact for some semiconductor materials, such as Si, GaN and so, using THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). We applied this technique for the graphene, 2-dimensional material, and tried the measurement of electrical properties without any electrode. First, we measured the complex permittivity of graphene by THz-TDS. Next, we determined the scattering time and Drude weight of graphene applying Drude model. Final, the resistivity of graphene was calculated by the results of the scattering time and Drude weight.
