By this research, it is intended that absolute displacement of a satin process surface and the polished surface is measured using ceramic resonator and Laser Doppler vibration meter for the outside vibration. For Laser Speckle interference, the response is watched using red 655nm and 377nm of the ultraviolet as a laser on this occasion.
