The performance enhancement was proposed to the collector side with an implementation device using quartz crystal resonator in Butler crystal oscillator, and the resonance frequency used 125MHz.
First one quartz crystal resonator was connected to Butler oscillator with the implementation device, and the phase noise was measured, and it made with two crystal oscillators likewise continuously, and it was measured.
By the implementation device result, realized that about -6dBc/Hz could be reduced at floor frequency.
