[10p-PB5-16] Changes in the optical spectra of single-walled carbon nanotubes by dropping of the solution of the electron-doner molecule

様々な応用が期待されるカーボンナノチューブ（CNT）では、n型、p型の電気伝導特性を付与する事が求められる。そこで、今研究では単層CNT（SWCNT）に電子供与性分子であるテトラチアフルバレン（TTF）溶液を滴下することによる電子状態の変化を光学スペクトル測定により調べた。共焦点Raman散乱分光測定の結果から同一試料内でも半導体様CNTと金属様CNTでは反応が異なることが見られた。
