The Hall effect of the flux flow in type-II superconductors are numerically simulated based on the time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau (TDGL) equation with the complex valued time-constant for the order paremeter. We examined the current-voltage charactersitics, the pinning effects and the Hall volatage dependent on the imaginary part of the time constant of the TDGL equation.
