Keywords:high temperature supercondutors, asymmetric electrical properties, nonreciprocal transport properties

Superconducting diodes requires high rectification property and high current capacity. In this study, Jcasymmetricity was realized by controlling both the surface and the internal structures of SmBa2Cu3Oy films. To discuss possible origin for the asymmetricity such as surface barrier for vortices, temperature and field dependences were measured.
