[10p-S224-3] Temperature Dependence of Asymmetric Critical Current Properties in BaHfO₃-doped SmBa₂Cu₃O_y Films

Superconducting diodes requires high rectification property and high current capacity. In this study, J_casymmetricity was realized by controlling both the surface and the internal structures of SmBa₂Cu₃O_y films. To discuss possible origin for the asymmetricity such as surface barrier for vortices, temperature and field dependences were measured.
