By changing the temperature condition, the crystal growth conditions of OH1 thin film has been optimized and the b-axial extension of thin film crystals is longer than before. It was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy that the produced OH1 thin film crystal was OH1 crystal. By XRD measurement, it was found that the crystallinity of the OH1 thin film crystal was higher than that of the conventional bulk crystal.
