戻り光のある半導体レーザーは、定常的・周期的およびカオス的な発振挙動をとることが知られているが、これに加えて、発振強度の統計分布がベキ分布にしたがうようなスケール不変性をもった挙動が存在することを、数値シミュレーションおよび実験による観察から議論する。
