Recently lots of report on neuron firing device because of development of neural network.
If existence of fractuation and noise can be realized neuron firing just using only one device, that will affect to information processing or atificial intelligenvce and robot engineering. Purpose of this work is to develop neuron firing device working under fractuation or noise and to control the firing.
