△ [11a-M113-10] Boron-doped Diamond Superconducting Quantum Interference Device Capable of Operating above Liquid Helium Temperature
Keywords:superconducting, diamond, SQUID
Superconducting boron-doped diamond has great tolerance to acid and abrasion, so it is suitable material for robust SQUID. We have already confirmed that the Josephson junctions composed of only (111) diamond layer can work until 8K. In this research, fabricating SQUID including this structure, magnetic field dependence of voltage until 10K was observed. Therefore, operating diamond SQUID above liquid helium temperature (4.2K) was achieved.
