Diamond Solution Gate FETs(SGFETs) which operate without gate insulation film in electrolyte solution respond to AC voltage vGS applied to Reference Electrode. In the conventional measurement, source potential of Reference Electrode was common to that of SGFET. In this research, we removed this common potential and verified the possibility of radio signal transmission in seawater using Reference Electrode as a transmitter and SGFET as a receiver. It was confirmed that SGFET responded to the 1~10 MHz input pulse.
