[11a-PA2-9] Coatable crystalline dichroic dye polarizers by solution shearing on nano-sized periodic trench structure

For development of cotable absorbed-type polarizers, molecular ordering of dichroic dye should be improved by solution process. In this study, we investigated the effect of nano-sized periodic trench structure on crystallie thin-film growth of dichroic dye by means of solution shering method. As the results, we have suceeded in fabricating the highly-ordered dye thin films which has the anisotropy of light absorption.
