本報告では，窒素ガス雰囲気下における水上パルス放電時の水中活性種を水中のNO₂^-とHNO₂の酸解離平衡反応および化学反応を考慮した反応モデルに基づくレート方程式を用いて，水中活性種の濃度を計算し，H₂O_2, NO₂^-およびNO₃^-の生成レートおよびONOOHの生成にかかる反応速度定数を推定した結果を示す。
