Keywords:perovskite solar cells, stability, see-through

We developed inverted perovskite solar cells with ion-blocking layer for stability. ITO layer was inserted between perovskite layer(MAPbI3) and Ag back electrode as ion-blocking layer. The ion-blocking layer prevents diffusing iodine from perovskite to Ag back electrode, without blocking electrons transported from perovskite. The inverted perovskite solar cells with ion-blocking layer increased heat stability. And the inverted perovskite solar cells realized see-through solar cells because the ITO layer supported conductivity of a thin Ag back electrode.
