Keywords:REELS, Iron Oxide, Dielectric function

Dielectric function is one of important physical property. Evaluation is that in the vacuum ultraviolet region to the X-ray region, the light source is limited to synchrotron radiation, so most of the compound lacks data in the energy region of 6-100 eV. Therefore, in order to measure the dielectric function of this energy region accurately, we have produced a high energy energy resolution reflective electron energy loss spectroscopy (REELS) apparatus. Then we tried to evaluate the dielectric function of iron oxides from visible light to ultra soft X ray region.
