REBa2Cu3Oy Coated Conductors (REBCO CCs, RE: Y, Gd, Eu) are commercially available from wire companies, and REBCO CCs for projects such as cables, MRI and wind power generators are procured. When producing and designing superconducting equipment, the critical current IC is one of important parameters. In this time, the microstructure of the Fujikura, SuNAM, and Sumitomo REBCO CCs with IC values (4 mm width) more than 200 A at 77 K and self-magnetic field are invetigated using transmission microcopy.
