Graphene on hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) has received much attention because of its interesting properties such as ultra-high mobility. Most of the specimens for the research of graphene/h-BN are fabricated using the exfoliation method that is not suitable for high-through put synthesis. We have been studying a new preparation method of graphene/h-BN structure from graphene oxide (GO). In this research, we found that h-BN has catalytic property for the restoration process of GO. Furthermore, we have developed a new method for deposition of many monolayer GO sheets on h-BN at once. In this presentation, we are going to show the new method using GO, which is facile and proceeds at low temperature of 400℃.
