We newly propose the magnetic energy imaging on magnetic force microscopy (MFM) by using a superparamagnetic tip of which magnetic moment is proportional to magnetic field. We obtained higher spatial resolution and measurement accuracy for the AC magnetic field of high density magnetic recording heads in comparison with conventional MFM.
