We aspired a molecular scale elucidation at an interface of organic-inorganic hybrid materials observing a reaction between polymer and Metal organic framework (MOF). We found polymer reaction sites or a surface density affected a crystal structure or density of MOF thin films. We will show a result that an adsorption or a bond mechanism of MOF thin films on polymer thin films discussed by polymer’s polar components and a concentration dependence of metal complexes.
