In this study, The Au gratings were fabricated on the glass substrate by using electron beam lithography and lift-off process. Ethanol(n=1.36) and 2.4-dichlorotoluene(n=1.55) were detected from the measurement results of reflectance and transmittance with the period of the one-dimensional metal diffraction grating being 300 nm. Reflectance and transmittance for incident angle were obtained using a laser (635 nm). The relation between concentration change and excitation angle was investigated by simulation. Simulation showed that by controlling the cycle and the duty ratio, it is possible to distinguish the difference even with a slight concentration change.
