For clarifying the carrier behavior in practical OLEDs under operating condition, in this study, the high efficiency multilayer blue-OLED devices with triplet-triplet annihilation (TTA) process was directly investigated by using electric-field-induced double-resonant sum-frequency generation vibrational spectroscopy (EFI-DR-SFG). In this conference, we will explain the carrier behavior analysis by EFI-DR-SFG technique and report the detail of results of the EFI-DR-SFG measurements.
