In the superconducting resonator using the high quality Nb thin film, it has been shown that the internal quality factor and the resonance frequency show strange temperature dependence having a peak or bump which are not observed in the conventional Nb thin film resonator.
In this report, we show that those strange behavior of the resonance characteristics can be explained well by considering the (complex) resistivities contributed from the scatterings of quasiparticles by the Kondo effect, by the lattice vibration, and by the Fermi liquid system.
