We have developed a combinatorial sputter coating system (COSCOS) that excels not only in efficient material search but also advanced process control. Recently, we have newly developed an efficient material screening by combining COSCOS and MI, and are investigating on the energy related materials. Here, we will introduce the research contents using the example of thin film inorganic material development with low thermal conductivity as an example.
