[11p-W935-11] Measurement of Isotope Spectrum of Zirconium Atom

Akio Enomoto1, Nobuo Nishimiya1 (1.Tokyo Polytechnic Univ.)

Keywords:Zirconium, Isotope Spectrum, Ti:Sapphire Laser

Zirconium is one of transition metals and compounds such as oxygen and nitrogen are used in various applications, and thin films are also frequently used recently. Since the melting point is high, it is easy to use plasma as a supply source of gaseous atoms by magnetron sputtering or the like. The saturation absorption spectrum of a5FJ → z5FJ was measured and the isotope shift was estimated using the King plot method.
