In order to capture ultrahigh-speed phenomena, we developed a method to enable more than 10 single shot burst imaging with a time window of a few nanoseconds and examined its characteristics from both experiments and simulations. In order to investigate the processing characteristics of lithium fluoride crystal that is used for optical equipment for vacuum ultraviolet light, we conducted stress wave imaging of laser induced ablation process of LiF single crystal by the method we developed this time.
