[9a-PA2-10] Transfer Characteristics of Polymer Transistor and Stochastic Resonance Phenomenon

Yoshiharu Suzuki1, Naoki Asakawa1 (1.Gunma Univ.)

Keywords:organic field effect transistor, stochastic resonance, conductive polymer

In nonlinear responsive systems, such as transistors, noise may increase performance of the systems, which is a phenomenon called stochastic resonance. We have focused on polymer transistors to cause such a noise induced phenomenon. Here, we discuss nonlinearity in transfer characteristics of the fabricated polymer transistor, and experimental conditions where stochastic resonance is available.
