[9a-S222-1] Improved Efficiency of Perovskite Solar Cells by fluorinated amine treatment

Fluoro-Phenethylammonium iodide (4F-PEAI) which is one of fluorinated amines treatment was applied to FA_0.9Cs_0.1PbI₃ thin film and two-dimensional (4F-PEA)₂PbI₄ was formed on the surface, and the PL intensity increased.
The PSCs with glass/FTO/TiO₂/Perovskite/Spiro-OMeTAD/Ag structure exhibited PCE_FS=17.0%,PCE_RS=18.6% in the case without treatment,whereas in the case of 4F-PEAI treatment PCE_FS=18.5%,PCE_RS=20.6% were measured with improved open-circuit voltage and the fill factor.
