[9a-S222-2] Fabrication and characterization of Fluorinated polymer combined Perovskite photovoltaic cells.
Keywords:perovskite, fluorinated polymer, passivation
Among organic-inorganic hybrid solar cells using Pb-Perovskite as a light absorption layer, a technique for improving film quality by laminating polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) on the interface between Perovskite layer and Spiro-OMeTAD layer to improve photoelectric property [ 1] has been reported. On the other hand, since PMMA is soluble in Chlorobenzene (CB) which is a solvent of Spiro-OMeTAD, the difficulty of film formation is high and reproducibility is poor. Therefore, we proposed a poly (vinylidene fluoride - tetrafluoro ethylene) (P(VDF - TeFE)) hybrid FA0 .8Cs0 .2PbI3 thin film obtained by adding a insoluble in CB fluorinated polymer (P(VDF - TeFE) to a precursor solution It was prepared by the one step method and reported improvement of film quality [2] by surface segregation of P(VDF - TeFE). In this study, thin films and solar cells are prepared and evaluated by the same method using different structure fluorinated polymer poly (vinylidene fluoride-trifluoro ethylene) (P(VDF-TrFE)).
