Currently, TiO2 widely used as an electron transport layer of a perovskite solar cell. However, it has a problem of degradation of device stability, in addition to low electron mobility, photocatalytic decomposition of perovskite under UV irradiation . BaSnO3 which is a ternary oxide has a wide band gap (3.1ev), and its optical and electronic properties can be adjusted by element doping. Particularly, it has been reported that high electron mobility is exhibited by partial substitution of La in Ba. However, in general solid phase reaction method, annealing at 1000°C for 24 hours or more is necessary for production of oxides . In this study, for the purpose of application to the electron transport layer of perovskite solar cell, we report on Ba1-xLaxSnO3 prepared by peroxide precipitation method and calcining at 500℃ for 1 hour.
