Lead halide perovskites are the novel class of materials that attracts growing attention in the field of photovoltaic and light-emitting device apllication owing to their excellent optoelectronic properties. For the further development of perovskite-based device and semiconductor physics, it is significant to establish carrier doping technique. In this study, we focus on Bi3+ as a dopant, whose ionic radius is close to that of Pb2+. We successfully fabricated Bi-doped MAPbI3, MAPbBr3, and FAPbBr3 single crystals and evaluated their optical and electronic properties.
