[9a-S422-8] Analysis of dislocation embedded in Low-angle grain boundary in LiTaO₃ crystal (Ⅱ)

We report the change of the crystal structure leading to polycrystallization by X-ray topography, HF-HNO3 etching and TEM observation with the Z plate cut from the LT crystal where the initial stage of polycrystallization occurred at the bottom as a sample.
