In conventional printing technologies in the field of printed electronics, organic solvent is used to make the materials into ink, which have non-negligible environmental load. In this research work, electrostatic transfer of conductive material was performed on a plastic substrate without using an organic solvent. We used conductive powder materials such as graphene and other carbon materials, which are expected to be used in production of sensors, batteries and so on. We also examined the influence of electrostatic transfer parameters such as frequency, electric field strength, voltage waveform, etc. of applied alternating electric field.
