Since the dielectric / metal / dielectric (DMD) thin film has conductivity and transparency by pinning the Fermi level of M to D, it is attracting attention as a transparent conductive film instead of ITO. In this study, we fabricated and evaluated an OLED using HAT - CN / Ag / HAT - CN (HAH) as a transparent anode. First, the transmittance and conductivity of HAH were evaluated. Next, a transparent OLED with an inverted structure was fabricated using these HAH, and light emission was confirmed.
