[9p-PA3-7] Preparation of nano-amorphous graphitic carbon nitride thin films
by electrostatic spraying deposition method

Graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) is energetically investigaged for application to white LEDs, photodiodes, and photocatalyst materials because it has a bandgap of about 2.7 eV and consisits of only two low environmental impact atoms, carbon and nitrojen. However, it is very difficult to preparate fine thin films using g-C3N4. In this study, we present the preparation method of fine g-C3N4 thin films by electrostatic spray deposition method using nano-amrphous g-C3N4 dispersed in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solution.
