[9p-PA6-6] Effect of Oligomer Length on Photoconductivity of PTAA Oligomer -Polymer Blend
Keywords:photoconductive oligomers, blended polymers, hole carrier mobility
We have proposed a photoconductive oligomer / insulating polymer blend as a host material of photorefractive (PR) polymer and clarified that carrier trap can be enhanced. On the other hand, in the oligomer polymer blend, the dispersibility and orientation of the conductive sites can be greatly changed. Therefore, it is interesting in terms of control of carrier transport or carrier trap. In this study, we investigated the influence of molecular weight on carrier transfer in a photoconductive oligomer blend introduced at a constant weight ratio. As a result, it was considered that the positional disorder increased in the blended film due to the increase in photoconductive oligomer length, as the mobility of the blended oligomer long material showed a negative correlation with the electric field increase.
