Keywords:photoconductive oligomers, fullerene derivatives, hole carrier mobility

The size effect of fullerenes on carrier migration was examined in photoconductive PTAA oligomer-insulating polymer blends. Two types of fullerenes, PCBM and BisPCBM, were used. Through the time-of-flight measurement, smaller hole carrier mobility and more gradual decay of the photocurrent transient were observed in PCBM doped PTAA polymer blend, which was attributed to the formation of shallow carrier trapping sites with PCBM molecules.
