▲ [9p-PB1-37] Superlattice-periods dependence on spin relaxation time in GaAs/GaAsP strained-compensated superlattice

In this research, we investigated the superlattice-periods dependence on spin relaxation time in four GaAs/GaAsP strain-compensated superlattice (SL) samples, grown by MOCVD method, via time-resolved spin-dependent pump and probe reflection measurements. As a result, the spin relaxation time in 12 periods sample was 108 ps at 14 K, and positive SL-periods dependence of spin relaxation time was observed between 12 and 90 periods. We considered this result has an important meaning in elucidation of the spin relaxation mechanism in strain-compensated SLs.
