[9p-PB3-13] Fabrication of flexible OFET by electrostatic spray deposition method using polymer blend solution

We have reported that excellent transistor characteristics are obtained by depositing TIPS pentacene / PS blend film on SiO₂ / Si substrate by ESD method. Therefore, we fabricated a flexible OFET using a flexible PEN substrate this time. In this presentation we report transistor characteristics and bending characteristics of the fabricated device.
