We have revealed that OH radical, one of the short-lived active species, is an important factor in plasma-induced drug transfer. However, it is very difficult to estimate the OH radical supply to cells and biological tissues induced by plasma irradiation. In this presentation, we will show qualitative measurements of horizontal distribution of OH radical supply by plasma irradiation using OH-responsive fluorescent gelling probe and live cell sensor with Ca²⁺ probe.
