Keywords:Wave Field, InP(111)A, Auger Intensity

Ideal spacing in the surface bilayer of InP (111) A- (1 × 1) surface is 0.85 Å, however, it is confirmed to be compressed as 0.1 Å accompanied with In defects on the surface by the analysis of RHEED rocking curves. The wave fields for this compressed surface bilayer have been obtained from dynamical calculations and shown the difference from those for ideal surface. In addition, the correlation between the Auger intensity change depending on the glancing angle (BRAES profile) and the wave field is demonstrated.
