[9p-W833-9] Evolutions of the Dirac Fermions in Monatomic Layers

Iwao Matsuda1 (1.ISSP, Univ. of Tokyo)

Keywords:mono-atomic layer, surface, Dirac

The presentation describes evolutions of Dirac Fermions in the novel monatomic layers at surfaces that we discovered recently. Since determinations of the individual atomic structures are significant to understand their electronic nature, the future prospects on the positron diffraction experiments will also be discussed.
