In 2002 the plasma gene/molecular introduction into cells was discovered, and we have been working on revealing the mechanism of this phenomenon. Then we have found that this method is Gene-integration free that is a unique characteristic useful for medical, agricultural and other practical applications, while the others usually cause genome-integrations. Here, we will introduce the plasma molecule/gene transfer method and its known mechanism, and the development of its applications from cultured animal cells to the fields of medicine and agriculture and fisheries.
