Developing neuromorphic devices, such as physical reservoir computings, based on spintronics technology have attracted great attention. An excitation of highly nonlinear dynamics in the devices is required to reproduce complex dynamcis between virtual neurons in neuromorphic devices. In particular, chaos is of great interest because of its high nonlinearity in the dynamcis. In this work, we report an excitation of chaos in spin-torque oscillator with delayed feedback circuit.
