An in-plane micro-supercapacitor with a feature of a flexible film has recently attracrted much intererest towards a flexible and wearable device. In this paper, a carbon-copper hybrid electrode was prepared by laser direct writing using a copper-ink coated polyimide film, which was applied to an in-plane micro-supercapacitor. The capacitance of the in-plane micro-supercapacitor was improved by the decreae of the internal resistance due to the copper electrode structute.
