[11a-Z17-3] Excitation and Fluorescence Enhancement Evaluation by Plasmon Mode of Luminescent Particles Coupled on Plasmonic Chip

In this study, the resonance wavelength of the plasmonic chip having a periodic structure covered with a metal thin film were obtained by the microspectroscopic measurement of the reflection and the transmission optical system and they were contributed with the plasmon modes calculated from the theoretical resonance conditions for the plasmonic chip of 1D and 2D periodic structures. Also, the enhanced fluorescence was confilmed by the YG of the fluorescence particle. Furthermore, the excitation and fluorescence enhancement effects of three kinds fluorescence particles were evaluated by the emission enhancement with the same plasmon mode.
