In this study, we used four kinds of Bull’s eye-plasmonic chips composed of concentric circle structure to evaluate the fluorescence intensity distribution of a single nanoparticles within the Bull’s eye pattern by epi-illumination and transmission illumination. For the epi-fluorescence image, the difference in the fluorescence intensity of the bright spot was little found for any position inside pattern. However, at the transmitted illumination fluorescence image, it was confirmed that the bright spot in the central portion was more than 5 times stronger than the bright spot on the metal plane. On that day, we will present the relationship between structure of Bull’s eye and fluorescence intensity distribution.
